This paper defines the meaning of bidding team in expressway construction and analyzes the forming process of bidding team knowledge learning. Based on the grounded theory, this paper explores and extracts the influencing factors that affect the evolution of knowledge learning in bidding team. It provides a reference for promoting the evolution of knowledge learning.
