目的:分析心肺复苏术(CPR)及自动体外除颤器(AED)对心率震荡急救的生存率。方法:在普利司通(惠州)轮胎有限公司厂区范围内设点配置全自动心脏电除颤设备网,组建急救治疗小组,对全体组员进行持续2年、每年2次的CPR+AED 3人小组模拟培训,对厂区内心搏骤停的工人实施抢救,对比配置全自动心脏电除颤设备网前后心搏骤停工人的存活率以及与中国其他同级别设置AED工厂生存率和周边未设置AED设备网的工厂生存率的差异。结果:本厂配置设备网前,共实施抢救9例,存活率为55.6%(5/9),配置设备网后,CPR+AED 3人小组共实施抢救8例,存活率为88.9%(7/8),配置前后的存活率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中国其他同级别设置AED工厂心搏骤停工人的生存率为71.4%(5/7),与本厂比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);周边未设置AED设备网的工厂心搏骤停工人的生存率为25.0%(2/8),与本厂比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CPR及自动体外除颤器能够有效提高心搏骤停患者的急救生存率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the survival rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automatic external defibrillator (AED) for first aid in heart rate shock. The survival rate of AEDs with other factories in the same level in China was 71.4% (5/7), compared with the factory (P <0.05). Survival rate of factory cardiac arrest workers without AED equipment network around was 25.0% (2/8), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: CPR and AED can effectively improve the emergency survival rate in patients with cardiac arrest.
