目的研究柳叶绣线菊Spiraea salicifolia的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和制备HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从柳叶绣线菊乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为7S,8R-3,5-双甲氧基-4′,7-环氧-8,5′-新木脂烷-3′,4,9,9′-四醇(1)、3β-乙酰基熊果酸甲酯(2)、3β-乙酰基齐墩果酸甲酯(3)、羽扇豆醇(4)、β-香树脂醇(5)、(7R,8S)-5-甲氧基二氢脱氢双松柏醇(6)、8-羟基-7′-表松脂醇(7)、8-羟基松脂醇(8)、fraxiresinol(9)、(+)-africannal(10)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚(11)、5-甲氧基-(+)-异落叶松脂素(12)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为柳叶绣线菊新木脂醇;化合物6、7为首次从绣线菊属植物中分离得到,化合物4、5、8~12为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、3为分离过程中产生的熊果酸和齐墩果酸人工产物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Spiraea salicifolia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from ethanol extract of Spiraea marmelata and identified as 7S, 8R-3,5-bismethoxy-4 ’, 7-epoxy-8,5’- 3, 4,9,9’-tetraol (1), methyl 3β-acetyl ursulfate (2), methyl 3β-acetyl oleate (3) (5), (7R, 8S) -5-methoxydihydrogenated disosyl alcohol (6), 8-hydroxy- Alcohol (8), fraxiresinol (9), (+) - africannal (10), (+) - south Candidate phenol (11), 5-methoxy- (+) - Conclusions Compound 1 is a new compound named as Spiraea marcescens. Compounds 6 and 7 are isolated from the genus Dupipinus for the first time. Compounds 4, 5 and 8-12 are isolated from this plant for the first time The compounds 2, 3 were the ursolic acid and oleanolic acid produced during the separation.
