对氯苯氧乙酸在流速为 1ml/min ,淋洗液为 0 .8mmol/l的Na2 CO3和 0 .5mmol/l的NaOH的混合溶液的离子色谱仪DIONEX(DX -1 0 0T)上较好的检测。其检测限为 0 .1 8μg/ml(S/N =2 .5) ;保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为 1 .0 967%、0 .9786%、0 .583 6% ,在线性范围 3 0 -3 0 0 μg/ml,峰高、峰面积的线性回归系数分别为 0 .9977和 0 .9971。在此条件下 ,常规阴离子对对氯苯氧乙酸的测定没有干扰。对土壤样品进行测定 ,回收率分别为 99.70 % (峰高 )。这种方法快速、灵敏 ,结果令人满意。
