目的 探讨桦树皮的抗肿瘤作用和对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 应用桦树皮提取物(EBB)口服,观察体内对小鼠不同肿瘤的抑制作用。结果 EBB可抑制小鼠S180肉瘤、B16 黑色素瘤和Lew is 肺癌的生长,使瘤重量减轻,存在剂量效应关系。EBB可使荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数脾指数增大。结论 桦树皮具有抑制肿瘤的生长、增强机体的免疫功能作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect of birch bark and its effect on immune function of tumor-bearing mice. Methods The birch bark extract (EBB) was orally administered to observe the inhibitory effect of different in vivo tumors on mice. Results EBB inhibited the growth of S180 sarcoma, B16 melanoma and Lew is lung cancer, and reduced the tumor weight. There was a dose-effect relationship. EBB can increase the thymus index spleen index in tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion Birch bark inhibits the growth of tumors and enhances the immune function of the body.
