我厂于1978年试验成功热压凹穴螺栓工艺,几年的生产实践,证明模具的结构合理,螺栓的质量稳定。热压凹穴螺栓工艺在J53-63-A或J53-100-A型双盘摩擦压力机上实现。热压的凹穴螺栓的形状如图1所示。冲头是热压凹穴螺栓头部成形的主要零件,其形状如图3和图4所示。图3所示的上冲头用于热压M10~M27标准缩梗螺栓。图4所示的上冲头用于热压M8、M10小六角头螺栓和M10不缩梗通扣螺栓。

The upper punch shown in FIG. 3 is used for hot pressing M10 ~ M27 standard shrinkage bolts. The upper punch shown in Figure 4 is used to hot-press M8, M10 small hexagon head bolts and M10 non-shrink stem bolts.
