针对坝体的真实受力状态,对碾压混凝土拱坝所用材料成型的二级配本体、分层处理和分层不处理试件,进行了单轴拉、压、直剪和双轴压剪、拉剪的强度和变形试验。试验结果显示,碾压混凝土层面的存在导致其抗拉强度和抗剪强度比本体试件都有所降低,拉剪状态下拉应力的存在使碾压混凝土层面抗剪强度降低,而在压剪状态下,碾压混凝土的抗剪强度则随着压应力的增大而增大。根据试验结果建立了针对不同应力状态下碾压混凝土的抗剪强度破坏准则,为考虑多轴应力影响的碾压混凝土结构设计提供了依据。
According to the true stress state of dam body, the specimens of RCC arch dam with two-stage body, stratified treatment and stratified untreated specimen were tested, and uniaxial tension, compression, direct shear and biaxial compression shear , Tensile shear strength and deformation test. The experimental results show that the tensile strength and shear strength of the RCC layer are lower than that of the bulk specimen due to the existence of RCC layer. The tensile strength of the RCC layer decreases with the tensile stress in the tensile state. Under the RCC shear strength increases with the increase of compressive stress. According to the test results, the failure criterion for the RCC under different stress states is established, which provides a basis for the design of RCC structure considering the influence of multiaxial stress.
