研究了特殊体育器材用2A12铝合金疲劳裂纹的扩展机制。结果表明,在裂纹萌生阶段,微裂纹沿晶扩展,扩展后期微裂纹变为穿晶扩展。试样的断面裂纹成核粒子的长度和宽度较大时,疲劳寿命较短。
The expansion mechanism of fatigue crack in 2A12 aluminum alloy for special sports equipment was studied. The results show that the microcracks propagate along the grain during the initiation of cracks and the microcracks become transgranular expansion during the later period. The cross-sectional cracks of the sample nucleate the larger length and width of the particles, the fatigue life is shorter.
