目的 :观察胸腺五肽局部注射联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法 :门诊选择120名多发性跖疣患者,随机分为2组,治疗组予胸腺五肽注射液疣体基底部局部注射治疗,每3天一次,3次后予液氮冷冻治疗;对照组仅予液氮冷冻治疗。结果:治疗组有效率90.3%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组间差异有显著性;治疗组复发率11.7%,对照组复发率33.3%,两组间差异有显著性。结论 :胸腺五肽注射液局部注射联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性跖疣疗效确切,复发率低。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of local injection of thymopentin combined with liquid nitrogen freezing in the treatment of multiple plantar warts. Methods: Outpatients were selected 120 patients with multiple plantar warts, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group to the thymopentin injection wart basal local injection therapy, once every three days, three times after liquid nitrogen cryotherapy; control group Only liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.
