济钢热连轧生产线高压水除鳞泵站有2套系统,旧系统为重庆泵组,能耗大,除鳞压力低,氧化铁皮清除不彻底,设备故障率高;新系统为格瑞德泵组,运行比较稳定,但新旧2套系统不兼容,制约着生产的稳定运行。通过对重庆高压水除鳞泵组进行节能改造,对除鳞箱、除鳞集管及管路进行优化,对两套系统的接口及控制方式进行融合,优化了泵组的运行模式,降低了能源消耗,提高了除鳞压力及除鳞效果,保证了钢板表面质量。
