考察了自制的Ni-Zn Al2 O3 催化剂对直馏混合溶剂油脱芳烃的效果 ;分别在反应温度为 12 0~ 180℃ ,反应压力为 0 .5~ 2 .0MPa ,氢油体积比为 6 0~ 90 ,空速为 1.0~ 3.0h- 1 的操作条件下 ,将Ni-Zn Al2 O3,Ni Al2 O3 与Pd Al2 O3 应用于直馏混合溶剂油催化加氢脱芳烃的试验 ;结果表明 :Ni催化剂性能优于Pd催化剂 ,Ni -Zn Al2 O3 催化剂具有与Ni Al2 O3 催化剂相同的催化加氢脱芳烃效果 ,且Zn的存在使Ni-Zn Al2 O3 催化剂具有抵御Ni因原料中的S而中毒的作用
The effect of self-made Ni-Zn Al 2 O 3 catalyst on de-aromatization of straight-run mixed solvent oil was investigated. The reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 120 ~ 180 ℃, the reaction pressure was 0.5 ~ 2.0 MPa, the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil was 60 ~ 90, airspeed 1.0 ~ 3.0h-1 under the operating conditions, the Ni-Zn Al2 O3, Ni Al2 O3 and Pd Al2 O3 straight-run mixed solvent oil catalytic hydrodearomatization test results show that: Ni The performance of catalyst is better than that of Pd catalyst. Ni-ZnAl 2 O 3 catalyst has the same catalytic hydrodearomatization effect as Ni Al 2 O 3 catalyst, and the presence of Zn makes Ni-Zn Al 2 O 3 catalyst resistant to Ni poisoning by S in raw materials effect
