自《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》颁布以来,我国的计算机教育逐步进入了一个新的发展时期,计算机基础教育的核心在“面向应用、能力导向和注重素质”的指导思想下逐渐转向人才的综合应用能力培养。本文针对当前新时期计算机基础教育教学的发展现状着手,指出其中存在的问题,并以学生为本,重点论述笔者对新时期计算机基础教育教学改革和创新提出的些许建议,以供广大读者参考。一、引言
Since the promulgation of National Plan for the Reform and Development of Medium and Long-Term Education (2010-2020), China’s computer education has gradually entered a new period of development.
