Wistar雄性成年大鼠灌服醋酸棉酚,剂量30毫克/每日每公斤体重,连继30日或50日,用原子吸收分光光度法测睾丸和附睾的锌含量。服药50日的大鼠附睾锌含量明显减少,为39.37±5.89μg/g新鲜组织(对照为45.60±5.44μg/g)。比较附睾头部和尾部的锌含量,附睾尾锌含量减少显著(39.74±8.37/47.8±3.55)。初步认为灌服棉酚后附睾锌含量的减少可能只是精子数量减少的继发性变化。棉酚对生物组织锌的代谢似乎无直接影响。
Wistar male adult rats were orally administered with gossypol acetate at a dose of 30 mg/kg body weight per day. The zinc content of the testis and epididymis was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry on either the 30th or the 50th day. The zinc content in the epididymis of rats was significantly reduced on the 50th of the medication, which was 39.37±5.89 μg/g of fresh tissue (control was 45.60±5.44 μg/g). Comparing the zinc content in the head and tail of the epididymis, the tail zinc content in the epididymis decreased significantly (39.74±8.37/47.8±3.55). It was initially thought that the decrease of zinc content in epididymis after gavage of gossypol may be only a secondary change in the reduction of sperm count. Gossypol appears to have no direct effect on the metabolism of zinc in biological tissues.
