据《P.D.S》1993,39(1),7-11报导,土耳其学者用在氮气中的动态热重分析法研究了用γ—射线辐射的聚醋酸乙烯的热降解。辐射的总效应使聚醋酸乙烯更易受热降解。试验结果表明,热降解的活化能E的数值随辐射剂量的变化类似,由于辐射所引起的高分子量也就是特性粘度的变化。他们发现最大的活化能数值相应于特性粘度〔η〕随辐射剂量变化曲线上峰值处。并且可以看出辐射后的聚醋酸乙烯中凝胶的形成使聚合物的热稳定性增加。这个研究还表明虽然热重分析有一定的极限性,然而它是一种测定聚
According to “P. D. S.” 1993, 39 (1), 7-11, Turkish scholars have investigated the thermal degradation of polyvinyl acetate irradiated with gamma rays using a dynamic thermogravimetric analysis in nitrogen. The total effect of radiation makes polyvinyl acetate more susceptible to thermal degradation. The experimental results show that the values of activation energy E for thermal degradation change similarly with the radiation dose, and the high molecular weight due to radiation is also the change of intrinsic viscosity. They found that the maximum value of activation energy corresponds to the peak value of the intrinsic viscosity [η] with the change of radiation dose. And it can be seen that the formation of gels in irradiated polyvinyl acetate increases the thermal stability of the polymer.
