以人工合成甘蓝型油菜S0代花色嵌合体自交后代的白花及突变的黄花株系为材料,构建BC1和F2分离群体,通过目测及卡方测验的方法对其花色遗传规律进行了分析。结果表明:该花色突变体是由1对不完全显性基因控制的质量性状遗传,白花(WW)对黄花(ww)表现为不完全显性,并通过与前人对甘蓝型油菜花色变异研究的结果进行比较,分析了花色变异的来源和可能的原因。
The segregation population of BC1 and F2 was constructed from white flowers and mutant yellow flowers of selfing offspring of hybrids of S0 generation of chroma of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.). The genetic patterns of their color were analyzed by visual inspection and chi - square test. The results showed that the flower color mutant was inherited by one quality control gene with incomplete dominant gene, and the white flower (WW) was not completely dominant to the yellow flower (ww). Through the comparison with the previous study on the flower color variation of Brassica napus The results were compared, analyzed the source of variations and possible causes.
