科学地认识和分析市场经济是发展社会主义市场经济的前提条件,市场经济是商品经济发展到一定阶段的产物,是发达商品经济的运行方式。资本主义私有制与商品经济发展存在密切的关系,但是资本主义私有制与市场经济并不具备天然的必然联系,市场经济的产生和发展,归根到底取决于生产力的发展水平。由于历史和现实的原因,在社会主义公有制内部还存在着复杂的经济利益差别,还不可能在全社会范围内实现完全直接统一安排生产和分配,而必须通过商品经济形式实现社会生产活动之间的联系,这些特点的存在决定了现实的公有制中存在着市场经济发展的必然性。
