目的 :报道中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组采用自拟中药降酶汤治疗 ,辅以西药强力宁静滴 ;对照组单用强力宁静滴。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 96 .0 5 % ;对照组为 84.2 1% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗在改善临床症状、恢复肝功能、抑制乙肝病毒等方面明显优于单纯西药治疗
Objective: To report the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods: The treatment group treated with self-made Jiangni Decoction, supplemented by strong antithrombotic; the control group with powerful quiet infusion. Results: The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 84.2% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment in improving clinical symptoms, liver function recovery, inhibition of hepatitis B virus was significantly superior to Western medicine alone
