本文简要描写幼儿学习行为观察的重要性和意义,进而研究在幼儿学习行为观察中教师干预存在的问题,比如教师干预目的不够长远、教师干预方式缺乏针对性。而后探讨在幼儿学习行为观察中教师干预策略改进,教师需要不断提升自身的专业素养、教师需要注重幼儿间合作学习和交流、教师需要做好幼儿学习行为评价。
This article briefly describes the importance and significance of preschool learning behavior observation, and then studies the problems of preschool teacher intervention in preschool learning behavior observation. For example, the purpose of teacher intervention is not long-term, and the lack of pertinence of teacher intervention. Then we discuss the improvement of teachers’ intervention strategies in preschool learning behavior observation, teachers need to improve their professional qualities, teachers need to pay attention to cooperative learning and communication among preschool children, and teachers need to evaluate children learning behavior.
