两宋至鸦片战争前的清(960～1840) 这一时期是封建社会逐步向后期过渡的时期,农民阶级反对地主阶级统治的斗争一浪高过一浪,地主阶级一天天在走下坡路。为了维护封建制,地主阶级内部的顽固派与革新派展开了激烈的斗争。这种斗争正是历史上儒法斗争的继续。
The period from Qing Dynasty before the Opium War to the Opium War (960 ~ 1840) was a time when the feudal society was gradually transitioning to the later stage. The struggles of the peasantry against the rule of the landlord class were wave after wave, and the landlord class was declining day by day. In order to preserve the feudal system, the die-hards and innovators within the landlord class fought a fierce battle. This struggle is the continuation of the struggle between Confucianism and law in history.
