统计档案是医院质量管理的一个重要组成部分,是评价医疗质量、医院管理水平以至医院社会效益的重要依据。统计档案不仅能从中获得系统、完整、全面的医疗统计信息,而且能及时、准确地从统计档案中提取各种统计资料,更好地为医院质量管理和医疗、科研、教学服务。 统计档案是我院各项工作的重要信息资源,也是编史修志的重要参考资料。随着改革开放的不断深入和档案法的颁布实施,档案由极左封闭式的状况转入对社会开放的大好形势,使以往常人难以涉人的禁地,成为为广大职工提供重要信息的源地。特别是档案法实施以来,我院加强对统计档案的宣传工作使得人们对统计档案有了更深刻的认识和理解。随之利用统计档案的意识也大大加强了。几年来我们利用统
