为了提高磷肥利用率研究了于混合期加入鸡粪制备改性过磷酸钙的工艺。实验结果表明,影响改性过磷酸的钙磷转化率的因素大小顺序为硫酸质量分数、鸡粪用量、鸡粪细度、硫酸用量、硫酸初始温度,其最佳工艺组合为鸡粪细度0.25 mm、100 g磷矿粉鸡粪用量10 g、硫酸初始温度90℃、硫酸用量为理论值的135%、硫酸质量分数70%,实验因素的变化对磷转化率无显著性影响。
In order to improve the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer, the technology of adding chicken manure to prepare modified calcium superphosphate during the mixing period was studied. The experimental results showed that the order of factors influencing the conversion rate of calcium phosphate and phosphoric acid was as follows: the mass fraction of sulfuric acid, the amount of chicken manure, the fineness of chicken manure, the amount of sulfuric acid and the initial temperature of sulfuric acid. mm, the amount of chicken manure in 100 g phosphate rock powder was 10 g, the initial temperature of sulfuric acid was 90 ℃, the amount of sulfuric acid was 135% of the theoretical value and the content of sulfuric acid was 70%. The experimental factors had no significant effect on the phosphorus conversion rate.
