作者报告一男孩,13岁,足月产,出生至18个月时身高、体重均正常。当时全身大部分出现异位性湿疹,经用糖皮质激素乳膏迅速改善。在其来院检查前已持续使用2％β-氟甲强的松软膏6年,全身每天涂一次,脸、腕和踩部每天涂2次,每周共用软膏45克。其双亲于患儿3～4岁时即已注意到患儿比同年龄小孩要矮。患儿的6名同胞、双亲及亲属均健康。其家庭中成年男性平均身高为170cm,成年女性身高为156～168cm,其兄姐和亲属的青春期皆正常。患儿13岁来院检查时身高131.7cm(该年龄组平均值为155cm),体重30公斤,头围53.3cm,(?)幅128.3cm;上、下身长比为0.951血压120/80
The author reported that a boy, 13 years old, had a full-term birth and had a normal height and weight from birth to 18 months. At the time most of the body showed atopic eczema, with glucocorticoid cream quickly improved. In the hospital before the check has been the continuous use of 2% β-fluvastatin ointment for 6 years, the whole body coated once a day, face, wrist and tread 2 times a day, ointment 45 grams per week. Their parents in children with 3 to 4 years old that has been noted that children than children of the same age to be shorter. Six sibling children, parents and relatives are healthy. The average adult male in his family is 170 cm tall and the height of an adult female is 156 to 168 cm. His brother and relatives have normal adolescence.
