本文报告了法国地中海疹热二例。此二例发病前曾在地方性流行区旅行。临床表现包括发热、头痛、肌痛、皮疹和黑色痂,血清学检测如外斐氏反应、间接免疫萤光、补体结合试验确诊本病,经有效治疗,未出现并发症而康复。同时本文回顾本病的流行病学、临床诊治及预防,并对病例输入我国的可能性进行了讨论。作者认为在国际旅行卫生保健工作中应注意本病的防治。
This article reports two cases of fever in the Mediterranean in France. The two cases before the onset of travel in endemic areas. Clinical manifestations include fever, headache, myalgia, rash and black scab, serological tests such as Peijin reaction, indirect immunofluorescence, complement fixation test confirmed the disease, the effective treatment, without complications and recovery. At the same time, this article reviews the epidemiology, clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease, and discusses the possibility of entering the country into our country. The author believes that in the international travel health care should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of this disease.
