目的 :观察中药灭囊灵对大鼠实验性脑水肿模型的影响。方法 :采用脑内注入血块方法造成脑血肿诱发脑水肿模型 ,以伊文斯蓝 (EB)为指标剂 ,观察用药前后大鼠脑系数、脑组织含水量及脑血管通透性的变化。结果 :实验大鼠脑系数、脑组织含水量及EB含量均高于正常对照组 ,灭囊灵高、低剂量组及乙酰唑胺对上述病理改变均有减轻作用 ,其中以灭囊灵高剂量组的作用最为明显。结论 :灭囊灵对大鼠实验性脑水肿模型有明显的治疗作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Chuan Ling on experimental cerebral edema model in rats. Methods :A brain edema model induced by cerebral hematoma was induced by intracerebral injection of blood clots. Evans blue (EB) was used as an index agent to observe changes in brain coefficient, brain tissue water content, and cerebral vascular permeability before and after administration. Results: The brain coefficient, brain tissue water content and EB content of the experimental rats were all higher than those of the normal control group. The high-dose, low-dose zebrazone group and acetazolamide all had ameliorating effect on the above-mentioned pathological changes. The role of the group is most obvious. Conclusion :Exerting Cyclosalin has obvious therapeutic effect on experimental cerebral edema model in rats
