结合温州市教师教育院提出的“培训方式教研化、教研工作主题化”的“研训一体”指导思想,针对体育学科特点,笔者所在区开展了体育教师“赛研训一体化”研修模式的实践与研究,通过“以赛带训、以训促研、以研助训,赛研训一体化”的研修模式实践,旨在更好地利用和优化已有的教育资源,探索一个主体积极参与、赛研训一体化、自我发展提高的研修模式,促进区中小学体育教师的自我实践、自我反思和自我提高能力,分阶段、有计划地逐步组建一支思想品德优良、理论知识渊博、专业技能突出、科研能力较强、教学水平优良的体育教师队伍,从而推进全区中小学体育教师队伍的整体建设。
