为了避免传统工频定速电机产生的能量损失,在输油泵机组上应用变频调速技术,可以满足管道低输量运行工况的要求,达到节能目的。详细叙述了变频调速的工作原理,以实际运行的某成品油管道为例,选用SPS仿真软件对固定转速泵和采用变频调速技术的可变转速泵在不同输量运行工况下分别进行了模拟仿真,据此对比分析了机组加装变频装置前后的节能效果,并进一步评价了输油泵应用变频技术后带来的经济效益。
In order to avoid the energy loss caused by the traditional fixed-frequency fixed-speed motor, the application of variable frequency speed regulation technology in the oil pump unit can meet the requirements of the low-load operating conditions of the pipeline to save energy. A detailed description of the working principle of variable frequency speed regulation is given. Taking an actual product oil pipeline as an example, SPS simulation software is used to determine whether the fixed speed pump and the variable speed pump adopting the variable frequency speed regulation technology are respectively operated under different output operating conditions Based on the above analysis, the energy saving effect before and after the installation of frequency conversion unit in the unit is compared and analyzed, and the economic benefits brought by the frequency conversion technology of the oil pump are further evaluated.
