采用一种具有三维中空结构的经编间隔织物增强泡沫混凝土,并对经编间隔织物进行不同方式的树脂浸渍处理,得到4种不同的增强材料,研究不同增强材料对泡沫混凝土力学性能的影响。研究表明,增强材料的加入对泡沫混凝土的密度及吸水率没有明显影响,但显著提高了泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和弯曲强度。其中,以经编间隔织物整体浸渍树脂作为增强体对泡沫混凝土的增强增韧效果最明显,抗压强度和弯曲强度分别提高了128.4%和553.8%。同时,由于经编间隔织物经纬向纱线密度的差异,造成复合材料的弯曲强度存在各向异性。经编间隔织物提高了泡沫混凝土的抗变形能力,改善了泡沫混凝土的破坏模式。
A kind of warp-knitted spacer fabric with three-dimensional hollow structure was used to reinforce the foam concrete. Different types of resin impregnated fabric were used to fabricate warp-knitted spacer fabric. Four different reinforcements were obtained and the effect of different reinforcements on the mechanical properties of the foam concrete was studied. The results show that the addition of reinforcing material has no obvious effect on the density and water absorption of foam concrete, but significantly increases the compressive strength and flexural strength of foam concrete. Among them, the warp knitted spacer fabric impregnated with resin as a whole reinforcement of the foam reinforcement of the most obvious effect, compressive strength and flexural strength increased by 128.4% and 553.8%. At the same time, due to the warp and weft of warp knitted spacer fabrics, the difference in yarn density results in the anisotropy of the bending strength of the composite. Warp knitted spacer fabric increases the resistance to deformation of foam concrete and improves the failure mode of foam concrete.
