材料标准在图纸中的标注是许多厂、所感到难办的一个老问题:限得太死,标注得太多太细,会增加采购的困难和材料成本,管理也麻烦,放得太松,标注得太简太粗,会使技术要求不严格,产品质量不好保证。因此,材料标准在设计图中的标注不仅是一个图面形式问题,而且是一个既关系到产品质量,又关系到采购供应、入厂复验及加工等一系列环节的管理问题,涉及的面很广。为了找出一个科学合理的管理办法,我们十几个附件厂、所举行了一次专题座谈会。现根据会上的一个发言材料并结合我厂的一些具体做法,对材料标准在设计图中的标注做一介绍,供参考。 The labeling of material standards in drawings is an old problem that many factories find difficult to handle: they are too dead, too many labels are too small, they increase the difficulty of procurement and material costs, and management is bothersome and loose. The label is too brief and too thick, which will make the technical requirements not strict, and the product quality is not good. Therefore, the labeling of material standards in design drawings is not only a drawing form issue, but also a management issue that involves both product quality and procurement, supply and re-inspection, and processing. Very wide. In order to find out a scientific and reasonable management method, we have held a special symposium for more than a dozen attachment factories. Based on a speech material at the conference and combined with some specific practices of our factory, we will give an introduction to the marking of material standards in the design drawings for reference.
