目的:对健康个体进行经颅电刺激咀嚼肌诱发电位的研究,建立评估皮质脑干束的检查方法。方法:对56名健康志愿者进行经颅电刺激,在双侧咀嚼肌同时接受,分别记录同侧的根运动诱发电位(rootmotorevokedpotential,R-MEP)和对侧的皮层运动诱发电位(corticalmotorevokedpotential,C-MEP)的潜伏期、波幅。结果:R-MEP的潜伏期为(3.55±0.44)ms,波幅为(3.49±2.73)mV;C-MEP的潜期为(5.83±1.40)ms,波幅为(563.84±525.07)μV。C-MEP的潜伏期与年龄无明显相关性(P>0.1)。结论:C-MEP是一种非创伤性评估皮质脑干束的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the electronysthetic stimulation of masticatory muscle in healthy individuals and to establish a method for the assessment of cortical brainstem. Methods: Fifty-six healthy volunteers were subjected to transcranial electrical stimulation and simultaneous bilateral masticatory muscles. Routine root motive evoked potential (R-MEP) and contralateral cortical motoneuric potential (C-MEP) were recorded respectively -MEP) latency, amplitude. Results: The latency of R-MEP was (3.55 ± 0.44) ms and the amplitude was (3.49 ± 2.73) mV. The latent period of C-MEP was (5.83 ± 1.40) ms and the amplitude was (563.84 ± 525.07) μV. There was no significant correlation between C-MEP latency and age (P> 0.1). Conclusion: C-MEP is a noninvasive method for the assessment of cortical brainstem tracts.
