本文利用生物测定法来分析亚洲玉米螟对氰戊菊酯抗性品系(38.3倍)的遗传。氰戊菊酯抗性品系(R)和敏感品系(S)两杂交后代F_1(S♀xR♂)及(R♀xS♂),对氰戊菊酯的LD_(50)和毒力回归线均在R和S品系之间,且两杂交后代的反应值均相近,抗性与性别无关。抗性的显性程度(D)测定得出,两D值分别为-0.01和0.05,均接近于0,表明该抗性为中间型,并由1个或多个不完全显性基因控制的。
In this study, the bioassay was used to analyze the inheritance of the fenvalerate resistant line (38.3-fold) in the Asian corn borer. The regression curves of LD_ (50) and virulence of F_1 (S♀xR♂) and (R♀xS♂) and fenvalerate in the cross between the fenvalerate resistant (R) and susceptible (S) The reaction values between R and S lines were similar between the two hybrids, and the resistance was not related to sex.
