光敏核不育水稻经过18年的研究,目前已进入生产示范试验阶段。已育成的粳型光敏核不育水稻组合1990年示范面积达1.1万亩,亩产平均比常规稻增产50公斤以上。为了加速两系粳杂在生产上的应用,在组合优势鉴定示范的同时,开展了对亲本的特性观察及繁殖、制种的研究。1990年对在我省生产上应用的两系粳杂组合N5088S/R9—1、N5N7S/R9—1制种1420.3亩,平均亩产123.7公斤,并出现了一些制种高产片、高产点。如1990年潜江市水稻所制种
