在我国经济建设不断发展下,我国的建筑工程行业也取得了一定的进步,在经济建设中所占据的比重也是越来越大。在房屋建筑工程的施工中,工程造价的管理作为整个工程项目管理的重要组成部分,在工程项目的施工各阶段加强建筑工程施工成本的管理,能够有效的实现建设企业对工程建设经济目标的实现。本文就对建筑工程的施工成本管理进行分析,并提出了加强优化管理的措施,希望可供相关从业者的参考。
