近年来,在机床行业推行“金属切削机床通用技术条件”和“通用机床分等规定的十四项考核”,其中机床的外观质量已是一项不可忽视的问题。现在新设计的机床,普遍采取了提高外观质量的措施。其中一项措施是将各部件间的联接沉头座由外露式改为沉入式。但是,这种沉入式沉头座的加工工艺性很差,不但加工效率低,而且尺寸难以控制。一般传统的加工刀具很难克服以上缺点。我们厂多年来一直采用如图1结构的快换反锪钻,通过多年实践的考验,证明它具有装卸迅速、传递动力大、使用寿命长的特点,现纳入厂标准广泛应用。一、结构原理:快换反锪钻的结构如图2所示。快换反锪
