有人说,中国改革促开放,入世后带来的大开放,势必将推动国内新一轮的大改革。这话不假。作为世贸组织的一名新成员,中国的外向型经济得严桥按国际游戏规则办事。于是,政府职能,中介机构任用以及企业运营模式等将要大幅度发生变化,而关键是思想观念该先转化。否则人的身体已进入世贸组织大门,而脑袋还留在外面,将是个什么形象,活得怎么会不累。
