合肥市城乡建设委员会在近日下发的《关于进一步加强建筑工地砂浆“禁现”工作的若干规定》中明确,合肥市的建设工程将全面禁止现场搅拌砂浆。根据该规定,合肥市建设工程全面禁止现场搅拌砂浆将分“三步走”:10月1日起,建成区(含各大开发区)建设工程全面禁止现场搅拌砂浆;10月1日后,各县(市)建成区、巢湖经开区、长丰北城地区新开工建设项目禁止现场搅拌砂浆;2015年7月1日起,所有建设工程全面禁止现场搅拌砂浆。开展“禁现”不仅有利于全面提升城市空气质量,严格控制建筑施工现场二次扬尘污染,还能从更深层次促进节能减排,为资源综合运用开辟新途径。
