脑血管病患者的脑血流量(RCBF)的变化是当今神经病理生理学的重要课题。我院神经内科对131例CVD患者采用133Xe吸入法测定RCBF并动态观察,现报道如下。资料与方法1.131例CVD患者均符合1986年全国第二次脑血管疾病会议通过的诊断标准[1]并经头颅CT证实。脑出血37例,男15例,女22例
Cerebrovascular disease in patients with changes in cerebral blood flow (RCBF) is an important issue in neuropathology. Department of Neurology, 131 cases of CVD patients with 133Xe inhalation method for the determination of RCBF dynamic observation, are reported below.
