研究了维生素E(使用浓度为0.1%、1%)TBHQ(叔丁基对苯二酚,使用浓度为0.02%、0.05%)和生姜油溶性提取物(使用浓度为0.2%、0.5%)对鱼油的抗氧化作用.结果表明,浓度为0.1%的维生素E的抗氧化效果最好.
