研究了维生素E（使用浓度为0．1％、1％）TBHQ（叔丁基对苯二酚，使用浓度为0．02％、0．05％）和生姜油溶性提取物（使用浓度为0．2％、0．5％）对鱼油的抗氧化作用．结果表明，浓度为0．1％的维生素E的抗氧化效果最好．
