孤独症是一种发生于儿童早期的广泛性精神发育障碍性疾病,近年来患病率不断升高。随着对孤独症研究的日益深入,孤独症儿童的饮食问题渐渐被研究者们所关注。国内关于孤独症儿童的饮食研究起步较晚,而国际上关于此课题的研究文章也篇幅有限。本文将对2001到2009年间的各个研究,从孤独症儿童对食物种类的选择、营养成分的摄入、以及摄食行为三个方面做一个简要的概述及总结。 Autism is a widespread mental retardation disorder that occurs in early childhood and has been on the rise in recent years. With the further research on autism, the diet of autistic children is gradually paid attention to by researchers. Dietary research on children with autism started late in the country, and the international research articles on this topic are also limited. This article will give a brief overview and summary of the studies from 2001 to 2009 on the selection of food categories, the intake of nutrients, and feeding behavior of children with autism.
