香根草可以通过组织培养进行大量快速繁殖。其基部分蘖节在MS+BA 4.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L培养基上具有72.7%的无菌芽诱导率;丛生芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,增殖系数为11.7;芽苗培养于MS+IBA0.2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L培养基上20d后,99.1%试管苗分化出良好的根系。
Vetiver can grow rapidly in large numbers through tissue culture. The basal tillering stage had 72.7% germination rate of germ-free buds on MS + BA 4.0mg / L + NAA0.2mg / L medium. The best culture medium for proliferation of budding buds was MS + BA2.0mg / L + NAA0. 2mg / L and multiplication coefficient of 11.7. After sprouts were cultured on medium of MS + IBA0.2mg / L + NAA0.2mg / L for 20d, 99.1% of test-tube plantlets differentiated into good roots.
