在6月3日的浙商大会民营企业创新论坛上,经济学家梁小民借柳传志的“房子理论”提出企业的管理基础一是制度,一是文化。这位把西方经济学引进并在中国推广的第一人说:“创新是民族之魂,是企业家核心精神之一。”其中文化创新对企业至关重要。苏商董事局主席严介和更以他的满腹经纶和饱含激情的演讲强调文化创新是企业和企业家的重要任务。企业竞争,从某种意义上讲,就是企业文化的竞争。据此推来,包含管理创新、技术创新、服务创新、营销创新等在内的企业创新,实质归结于企业的文化创新。企业创新的原始推动和初始设计,都与企业文化所能提供和创造的企业文化环境有关。以企业文化创新推动民营企业创新,从而推动民营企业的竞争。
On June 3 at the Zheshang Conference on Private Enterprises Innovation Forum, economist Liang Xiaomin proposed the management foundation of the enterprise based on Liu Chuanzhi’s “House Theory”. One is the system and the other is culture. The first person who introduced western economics and promoted it in China said: “Innovation is the soul of the nation and one of the core values of entrepreneurs.” Among them, cultural innovation is of crucial importance to the enterprise. Yan Jiewei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Su-Shang Group, emphasizes cultural innovation as an important task for enterprises and entrepreneurs with his full economy and passionate speech. Enterprise competition, in a sense, is the competition of corporate culture. Therefore, the innovation of enterprises, including management innovation, technological innovation, service innovation and marketing innovation, is essentially attributed to the corporate culture innovation. The original promotion and initial design of enterprise innovation are all related to the corporate culture environment that enterprise culture can provide and create. Promote the innovation of private enterprises with corporate culture innovation, so as to promote the competition of private enterprises.
