跟单信用证统一惯例600号出版物将于2007年7月1日起正式实施,这对于信用证结算占国际贸易结算总量50%以上的我国,影响无疑是巨大的。由于相关解释通则尚未出版,使得进出口企业对个别条款的理解陷入误区,这将影响到进出口企业对风险的识别和把握以及能否安全及时收汇,为此从六个方面对这些误区加以解析。
