目的 :研究 Cyclin E m RNA与卵巢上皮癌发生、发展的关系 ;探讨检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤腹腔液中 Cyclin E m RNA的表达 ,在诊断卵巢上皮癌中的价值。方法 :用 RT- PCR法检测 39例卵巢上皮癌组织及腹腔液中 Cyclin E m RNA的表达 ,腹腔液常规作细胞学检查 ;同时检测 2 6例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及 1 6例正常卵巢组织作对照。结果 :Cyclin Em RNA分别在正常卵巢、良性及恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中及腹腔液中的阳性率 ,差别均无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,组织中及腹腔液中的 Cyclin E m RNA阳性率均随正常卵巢、良性及恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤进展而增加表达 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,并均与卵巢上皮癌的临床分期、组织分化、淋巴结转移及腹水的有无有关 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,与病理类型无关 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;腹腔液中 Cyclin Em RNA的阳性率与细胞学差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,并且两者无相关性。结论 :Cyclin Em RNA的高表达与卵巢上皮癌的发生、发展及恶性程度密切相关 ,可作为预后不良的重要指标。检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤腹腔液中 Cyclin E m RNA的表达可鉴别肿瘤的性质 ,判断预后
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the expression of Cyclin E m RNA and the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer, and to explore the value of detecting the expression of Cyclin E m RNA in peritoneal fluid of ovarian epithelial tumors. Methods: The expression of Cyclin E m RNA in 39 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and peritoneal fluid was detected by RT-PCR. The peritoneal fluid was routinely used for cytological examination. Twenty-six cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 16 cases of normal ovarian tissue As a control. Results: The positive rates of Cyclin Em RNA in normal ovary, benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors and in peritoneal fluid were not significantly different (P> 0.05), while Cyclin E in tissues and peritoneal fluid The positive rate of m RNA was increased with the progression of normal ovarian, benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumors (P <0.05), and all were correlated with the clinical stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis and the presence of ascites (P <0.05), but had no correlation with pathological types (P> 0.05). The positive rates of Cyclin Em RNA in peritoneal fluid were not significantly different from those in cytoplasm (P> 0.05), and both No correlation. Conclusion: The high expression of Cyclin Em RNA is closely related to the occurrence, development and malignancy of epithelial ovarian cancer, which may be used as an important indicator of poor prognosis.
