The first congress of Shaanxi Provincial Soil and Water Conservation Society was held in Xi’an from December 28 to December 29, 1987. More than 60 experts, professors and scientists from the soil and water conservation front of the province gathered together to discuss major issues of the society and make contributions to rejuvenating the province’s soil and water conservation.
