肖劲光,是一位杰出的无产阶级革命家、军事家,国家和军队的优秀领导人,人民海军的主要创建者,中国人民解放军开国元勋十大将之一。湖南省长沙人。在国内革命战争时期、抗日战争时期、解放战争时期、中华人民共和国成立前夕及以后均担任要职。肖劲光一生中有很多角色。在毛主席眼里,他是永远的海军总司令;在抗战的同志眼里,他是驰骋战场的常胜英雄。在无数海军官兵的眼里,他是镇守中国海防三十年的威严将军;在军事学家眼里,他组建的3支舰队结束了中国历史上有海无防的局面。
