员工培训是人力资源管理的基础和前提,对选拔人才、激励员工提高工作效率起到了不可估量的作用。我国企业对员工培训目前普遍存在的问题有:培训目标不明确、培训师选择不当、培训效果不到位。本文拟从明确培训规划、甄选培训教师、提高培训评估效果这三个方面入手找到解决对策,也希望能对促进企业培训资源开发起到借鉴作用。
Staff training is the foundation and prerequisite of human resource management. It plays an inestimable role in selecting talents and motivating employees to improve work efficiency. At present, our country enterprise staff training has the ubiquitous problems at present: the training goal is not clear, the trainer selects improperly, the training effect is not in place. This article intends to find a solution to countermeasures from the following three aspects: clear training planning, selection of trainers, and improvement of training evaluation results. It also hopes to serve as reference for promoting the development of enterprise training resources.
