罗布麻叶浸膏经口、腹腔给药均无诱发小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核细胞率增高的作用;而经口、腹腔给药均有明显的抗环磷酰胺诱发微核细胞率增高的作用,且呈剂量反应关系。
The oral and intraperitoneal administration of Apocynum venetum leaf extract did not induce the increase of the rate of micronucleated cells in the bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes of mice, but there was a significant increase in the rate of anti-cyclophosphamide-induced micronucleus cells in oral and intraperitoneal administration. Effect, and showed a dose-response relationship.
