本文用硅胶吸附层析,研究了桂皮酸和苯甲酸的分离条件,并在此基础上应用紫外分光光度法测定不同产地的苏合香中桂皮酸和苯甲酸的含量。桂皮酸和苯甲酸的回收率分别为101.9％和99.4％;变异系数分别为±1.1％和±0.4％。
In this paper, silica gel adsorption chromatography was used to study the separation conditions of cinnamic acid and benzoic acid. On the basis of this, the content of cinnamic acid and benzoic acid in the different regions were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The recoveries of cinnamic acid and benzoic acid were 101.9% and 99.4%, respectively. The coefficients of variation were ± 1.1% and ± 0.4%, respectively.
