2015年,在一系列稳增长、调结构措施的推动下,全省规模以上工业保持平稳增长,工业企业用水量小幅增长、重复用水率保持在85%以上、外排水量下降。但同时也存在重复用水普及面较窄、对地下水依赖大以及外排水对水环境影响较大等不容忽视的问题,仍需进一步推进水资源的合理开发和利用,提高重复用水的效率。一、规模以上工业用水情况(一)用水量增速持续回落2015年,全省规模以上工业企业用水量2.11亿立方米,比上年增长2.39%。增速自2012年以来持续回落(见图1)。
In 2015, driven by a series of measures of steady growth and structural readjustment, the industries above a designated size in the province maintained steady growth. The water consumption of industrial enterprises increased slightly, the water reuse rate remained above 85% and the water discharge decreased. However, at the same time, problems such as the narrow coverage of repeated use of water, the large dependence on groundwater, and the greater impact of external drainage on the water environment can not be ignored. Therefore, it is still necessary to further promote the rational development and utilization of water resources and to increase the efficiency of water reuse. I. Water Consumption above Designated Size (I) Continuous Decreasing Rate of Water Consumption In 2015, the water consumption of industrial enterprises above the designated size in the province was 211 million cubic meters, an increase of 2.39% over the previous year. The growth rate has continued to decline since 2012 (see Figure 1).
