本文提出了中型轧机轧制异型断面钢材孔型设计与变形规律的主要经验。从成品断面弯折、孔型系统选择、断面划分、延伸关系、展宽问题、斜度问题、轴向力判断等方面逐条阐明。作者提出了不同特点的断面,通过断面弯折解决斜度小、过宽、控制翼部,稳定切深、减小不均匀变形、减小轴向力和减少不对称性等各自不足之处和存在问题。对于孔型系统选择,强调了可设计性、可控制性、稳定性和车削率等。对于不对称断面变形问题和切深孔的变形特点、切深要求、稳定性以及最小钢坯尺寸等问题作了比较详细的分析。对于轧件在孔型中的滚偏问题、游动问题以及夹卡办法也作了分析。此外还分析了关于切深孔延伸与形变的矛盾关系。提出了关于斜配工字型钢材切深孔的坯形计算公式——斜切公式。
This paper presents the main experience of pass design and deformation of profiled section steel for medium rolling mill.
