分析总结了36例结直肠癌根治术后吻合口复发病例,指出早期发现对再手术成功和预后至关重要。认为手术前后采用放化疗,结合大肠癌的Dukes分期选择术式,术中严格无瘤操作是降低术后复发率的关键。提出对复发病例宜以积极的态度采用综合治疗,以期达到较好的效果。
An analysis of 36 cases of recurrence of anastomotic stoma after radical resection of colorectal cancer was performed. It was pointed out that early detection was crucial for successful reoperation and prognosis. It is considered that the use of radiotherapy and chemotherapy before and after surgery, combined with Dukes stage selection of colorectal cancer surgery, strict intraoperative tumor-free operation is the key to reduce postoperative recurrence rate. It is suggested that comprehensive treatment should be adopted in a positive attitude towards relapse cases in order to achieve better results.
